Ξεκινάει το Android 8.0 Oreo η Xiaomi.

Η Xiaomi είναι από τις εταιρείες που αναβαθμίζει κάθε χρόνο τις περισσότερες συσκευές από οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρία.Στο  Android 8.0 Oreo έχει ακόμα δρόμο. Η μόνη συσκευή της αυτή τη στιγμή που έχει Oreo είναι το Mi A1, καθώς είναι μέρος του προγράμματος Android One. Από χτές, το Xiaomi Mi 6είναι η πρώτη συσκευή με MIUI που αναβαθμίζεται στην τελευταία έκδοση του Android.
με την έκδοση MIUI 9.2.3.0 να  είναι ήδη διαθέσιμη στο επίσημο forum της εταιρίας.Υπάρχουν πολλές βελτιώσεις:

      Έχοντας την έκδοση MIUI 9.2.3.0 σε κάποια άλλη συσκευή, δε σημαίνει φυσικά ότι θα έχεις και Android 8.0. Είναι διαφορετικός ο τρόπος που λειτουργεί η Xiaomi στις αναβαθμίσεις της και όπως έχουμε πει στο παρελθόν, η πραγματική αναβάθμιση θα είναι στη MIUI 10.

      Tα Mi 7 και το Mi Mix 2s θα κυκλοφορήσουν κατ’ ευθείαν με Android Oreo. Η Xiaomi δοκιμάζει το Oreo στο Mi 5, το Mi Mix 2 και το Mi Mix, ενώ στη σειρά Redmi έχουμε το ολοκαίνουριο Redmi Note 5 Pro, το οποίο  δεν κυκλοφόρησε με Oreo, άρα θα είναι και το πρώτο που θα αναβαθμιστεί. Θα ακολουθήσουν τα smartphone των σειρών Redmi Note 5 και Redmi 5, πιθανότατα μέσα στην άνοιξη.
